If you call for a spare part, BRING the require faulty part in shop and 'full' model number - please also note, we do not give advice on repairs - it is up to you - all spares must be paid in advance at our counter.
Your own repairs are carried out at your own risk.
GHD REPAIRS
All 'our' repairs are done following current health and safety regulations and all appliances are PAT tested + HEAT TESTED and testing equipment is calibrated every year as required by Law and usually are around £. 20-25 - if you keep using your intermittent GHD, the repair will be higher in cost as you will damage more components.
The same for 'all' our other repairs - including Computers - they are tested, when required
SECOND HAND GHD
[ we do not sell second hand GHD straghteners at present]
If you purchase a second hand appliance 'anywhere', check it has a PAT testing Label on it [and hopefully it is not 'just' a label! ] - do not take the risk for a few £££
