If any item purchased from us fails (excluding: misuse, damage, wear & tear, damage cause by leakage of low quality batteries, ..., etc.) within 30 days, you can return it to us (after we have authorised you - please see returns).

If after accurate inspection and testing by our Technical staff we find the Goods in working order or they have been misused, damaged, natural wear & tear, damage caused by leakage of low quality batteries, ..., etc. , we may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the Price of Goods.

The above excludes the first 7 working days from date of you received the goods.

If Goods are found faulty and returned within a reasonable time (see return first), we will then offer you a full refund or replace it or repair it, whichever you choose.
