These Terms and Conditions are only for retailing - for Trade please ask

We may send a newsletter special offers or other e-mail communications to all customers that have purchased from us at any one time - no third party and very rarely.

Customers that have ticked the box in our enquiry form, have accepted to receive the above communications from us and therefore we will be sending them out in accordance with it.

If you wish to un-subscribe at any time, you can do so by simply following the instructions at the bottom of any newsletter special offers or other e-mail communications sent by MSelectrical. Please use the right email address, the same used when enquiring.

Sometimes a newsletter may slip through by mistake a un-subscribed address, let us know.

Any communication from us shall be from MSelectrical only, no third party involved.

You will see any postage and packing costs online 'before' transaction.
To make sure your order is dispatched the same day (for stocked items only), please order within the following times:
If order is received by us between 9.00-14:00 Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri and 09:00-12:00 Sat - Wednesdays we are generally closed

Up to 0.3Kg (300g) £. 2.99
Up to 0.7Kg (700g) £. 3.99
Up to 1.2kg (1200g) - £. 5.99
Up to 3.9kg (3900g) - £. 11.99
Up to 9.5kg (9500g) - £. 17.99

Then it goes on by the weight according to current pricing.

Example: if an item falls within 300g but requires a better and stronger packaging, postage cost may fall within the next band and so on.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - UK ONLY
To make sure your order is dispatched the same day (for stocked items only), please order within the following times: if order is received by us between 9.00-12:00 Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri and 09:00-11:00 Wed - Wednesdays we are closed during school holidays

Note: Royal Mail charges at least a further £. 2.00 on top of a Special Delivery of a £. 4.99 we charge and (we mean for very small items - 1.e. a lamp, a remote control, etc. - within 400g) to deliver on a Saturday morning - we do not offer this Saturday service at present, although special orders on Friday may indeed arrive on a Saturday morning!

LATEST from Royal Mail

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver Special Delivery items but cannot guarantee delivery during any strike action. Therefore the money back guarantee clause will be suspended during the working days from 'before and after' the strike day/s.
In addition the Saturday Guarantee will also be suspended for Special Delivery items if the day falls within the above days.

up to 0.4kg ( 400g) £. 5.75 - by 1pm
up to 0.9kg (900g) £. 6.99 - by 1pm
up to 1.8kg (1800g) £. 11.99 - by 1pm
up to 9.9kg (9,900g) £. 21.99 - by 1pm
up to 20kg (20,000g) £. 29.99 - PARCEL FORCE 48H (usually arrives after 24H) - not Royal Mail

Then it goes on by the weight according to current pricing.

Please Note: Due to Royal Mail terms and conditions a parcel cannot be considered lost until 15 working days after despatch and postage charges may vary slightly due to Royal Mail change of conditions.

You will always know the postage you pay before you do your transaction, as it is calculated before.
