yet. The purchasing e-mail you will receive is only a confirmation that
we have received your details and does not constitute a contract with
us, yet.

our orders under 1.8Kg, are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Delivery and only to the Card Holder Address. Orders over 1.8Kg will be
sent using Parcel Force (we reserve the right to use any other carrier
available at time of ordering). Pricing will be shown at time of purchasing
and before you actually place your order, you can always stop your order
when on-line.
Goods
stocked by us are generally dispatched the same day, if order received
before 15:00 H Monday to Friday - Wednesdays we may be closed, although not guaranteed.
Goods
not normally stocked by us, but in stock with our suppliers usually take
7 days to be dispatched.

we will notify you before we do the transaction - unless already notified
and they usually take 10/14 days Please allow us up to 30 days.
We will keep you posted and you can always e-mail us - see contacts on our main page .
Damage
or short delivery MUST be notified to us by means of e-mail within 7 days
from invoice date or by letter, within 7 days from receipt of goods.
In case you do not receive your order, Royal Mail says, we must wait at least 15 days before they consider it lost.
Keep all wrappings and the Postal services sticker (with parcel ID number).
Please note: if you are ordering ORIGINAL items, please let us know
you are willing to wait - although many are readily available.
Since MSelectrical cannot send back special ordered parts and has no rights
to cancel them with our suppliers, we remand to your common sense and
help in making sure you are ordering the right parts in the first place.
You still have your rights to cancel, unless you have opened the packaging
or seals have been opened. In this case we will not accept returns.

note: when purchasing goods from any of our websites, you will be redirected
to the Secure Servers (256bit SSL).

at our premises.
