(definitions)
The customer must first send written cancellation to MSelectrical
by means of e-mail or letter.
On cancellation (we will send a return authorisation), the customer
must return the goods.
MSelectrical will inform the customer how to do this.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We may authorise (after the cooling off period) a return
only on goods we stock and they will incur a 30% restocking charge.
All returns must be intact (as new) and in their original packaging,
including special soft packaging to reduce possible breakage and
include any documentation (intact) originally contained in the goods
package.
The customer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns
are delivered to MS electrical.
In the unlikely event we do not receive your authorised returned
goods, we will contact you and you will have to provide proof of
delivery of the returned goods (example: in case of carrier loss
of goods in transit), in the form of a Post Office receipt and Recorded
or Special Delivery Postal Services slip.
IMPORTANT, ASK FOR A SALES RECEIPT TOO.
THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND IT REGISTERED, as it is only expensive. Just use recorded delivery instead . You will spend much less and you will have proof you sent it.
We will advise you of what to do step by step. If proof is not provided,
then no refund (or credit) will be given by us.
If goods you returned are in a not re-sellable state (i.e. original
package shattered, goods scratched, original wrapping damaged, goods
partially damaged, etc.) and not depending by the Postal services,
we reserve the right to refuse delivery or keep it (if external
package still intact or not possible to inspect) and not refund
will be issued.
You can still claim your goods back, but we will levy a charge for
returning the goods to you.
Exchanges
If you have ordered an item by mistake, you can return it to us (see above) - ask for authorization.
If you wish to exchange
it with the right item, what you must do is:
1. send wrong ordered item back to us (see above)
2. purchase online the right item (it will be sent as a new order)
3. when we will receive the wrong item, we will refund the cost of the item (excludes postage)
4. it is the only way we do it and this way it will be all electronically recorded

note: all authorised refunds are only processed to the card holder
that purchased the goods - all refunds will be done within 30 days
from the day we receive the goods and will be of the price of the returned product/s only - carriage costs will not be refunded. (includes also if you have purchased
the goods for somebody else or it was a gift, etc.) |
